In July 2004, for the second year in a row, Penfolds Magill Estate Restaurant, Adelaide's premier fine dining establishment, won Restaurant of the Year at the Restaurant and Catering South Australian Awards For Excellence.

Located only 15 minutes from Adelaide's CBD, Magill Estate Restaurant sits above five hectares of Shiraz vines on the picturesque property, from which some of Penfolds' most esteemed wines are created. A glorious lawn and water feature at the entrance, create a tranquil environment and while the restaurant effortlessly blends into the historical Estate, our Chefs have designed a menu that stands out from the crowd.

Modern Australian with French and Italian influences, Magill Estate highlights the importance of pairing five-star cuisine with unparalleled wines. Its wine list has an unparalleled range of Penfolds wines including mature vintage reds from the winery's museum. Many of these, including Penfolds Grange, are available by the glass.

Magill Estate offers something for every palate. Each season the menu changes to reflect the finest South Australian seafood, organic meat, fruit and vegetables and handcrafted cheese.

Diners may choose from the degustation or a la carte menus, and vegetarians are catered for with a special offering.
